THE PROcess OF A PROJECT
1. FIRST CONTACT
We discuss the course of your day, your tastes, the floral atmosphere of your wedding, an important step to help me establish a personalized quote and offer you a unique design. In order to officially block your date on my calendar, I request the payment of a 30% deposit and a signed service contract.
You will receive a floral design book that will deepen your wedding aesthetic. You will find there in particular sketches of the scene, your floral selection, your colors... The meetings will clarify all the questions which you could have and will give us the opportunity to make the necessary modifications. A technical visit to the place of reception can also be considered.
2. NEXT MONTH
We will have our last meeting to settle and fine-tune the last details and the organization of D-Day. The balance will be due, so I will order your beautiful flowers from my suppliers.
3. ONE MONTH BEFORE
Your flowers arrive at my workshop, with my team we begin the preparation of your various floral decorations, some will be made at the place of your reception.
4. A WEEK BEFORE
We come to deliver, install, and decorate your place of reception and we make sure that no detail is overlooked. It's a real honor to be part of your special day. The next day we take care of their removal.
5. the big day

All of our arrangements are built without moss, we compost our green waste and source locally grown produce whenever possible.

Every floral element and design detail will be carefully planned. The flowers will be carefully selected and processed the week of your event, then expertly designed and executed on your wedding day by Laura and her team.
In this book you will find the visual identity of your wedding. A selection of seasonal flowers and foliage, colors ... It traces each space of your day. From the welcome party to the brunch, including D-Day with the ceremony, the cocktail and the reception. An assortment of vases, candle holders and candles will be offered to you in line with the rest of your decoration and the place. This book is obviously adjustable.

Our stock for weddings is constantly changing as we add or remove things, but here are the basic pieces available for 2023 weddings. Rentals of our stock are always included in the price of the arrangement.
When we start planning we usually include a selection on your floral design book which we think will work well with the look and feel of your wedding flowers, venue and arrangements, but you are always more than welcome. to request certain parts.
Don't see something you like? Or do you have something in mind? Do not hesitate to mention it to us and we can always consider renting it from another provider or buying it for our stock!

WHEN IS IT RECOMMENDED TO CONTACT YOU TO ORGANIZE THE FLORAL DECORATION OF OUR WEDDING?
Although there is no set time frame for organizing your wedding decoration, it is always recommended to start the process as early as possible. This allows you to have enough time to refine your ideas and also guarantee my full availability for your wedding.
IF YOU DON'T USE FLORAL FOAM, WHAT DO YOU USE?
Floral foam is made up of microplastics and chemicals and is terrible for our Earth and the health of your florist. Instead, we use other reusable mechanisms like chicken wire, pin frogs, water jugs, and water tubes.
CAN WE REUSE THE ARRANGEMENTS?
We are always happy to move ceremony arrangements to the reception. This gives them a second use to decorate other spaces, such as a table plan.
CAN I TAKE THE FLOWERS HOME, MYSELF OR MY GUESTS?
The equipment is provided for hire, so we come back at the end of your event to collect all the vases, votives, candlesticks, etc… but YES, you can either bring your containers in which to transfer the arrangements for the guests to bring back to the House. If the arrangements are not recovered by you or your family and they are still beautiful, I take them to a retirement home to bring them joy.
