This day is unique, just like you, it must match you 100%. This is why the services of Gloriosa floral designer are above all an accompaniment, a search for your needs, knowing your tastes and then making you a detailed and personalized proposal.

The full service includes:

• Meeting and location scouting to discuss color palette and aesthetics.
• Quote and moodboard.
• A complete design book with different scenario sketches depending on your reception venue.
• Search for plants.

A tailor-made accompaniment for your wedding

I. FIRST CONTACT

We will discuss by phone to discuss the course of your day, your tastes, the floral atmosphere of your wedding, an important step to help us establish a personalized quote. To officially block your date on our calendar, we require a 30% deposit and a signed service contract.

II. THE FOLLOWING MONTH

You will receive a Design book that will deepen the aesthetics of your wedding. you will find there in particular sketches of the scene, your floral selection, your colors... The meetings will clarify all the questions which you could have and will give us the opportunity to make the necessary modifications.

III. A MONTH BEFORE

We will have our final meeting to settle and finalize any outstanding items, and the final balance will be due. The details are all finalized and we will place the order for your beautiful flowers with our suppliers.

IV. A WEEK BEFORE

Your flowers arrive at our workshop and we begin the preparation of your various floral decorations, some will be done at the place of your reception.

V. THE BIG DAY

We come to deliver, install, and decorate your place of reception and we make sure that no detail is overlooked. It's a real honor to be part of your special day.

VI. AFTER WEDDING

We will coordinate a return time to the reception venue to collect the different materials that were used for your wedding. Finally, we wish you the best for this new chapter of your life!

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR FLOWERS? IS THERE A MINIMUM?

Each project is unique. The organization of the day is specific to each person, religious or secular ceremony, number of tables... this is why we cannot have a fixed price. Please contact us, we will be happy to respond to your request and provide you with an initial quote.

I DO NOT HAVE A SPECIFIC FLORAL CHOICE, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO BOOK YOU FOR OUR WEDDING. IS IT FEASIBLE?

If you are unsure of your floral choice yet, we require a non-refundable hold fee in order to block your wedding date. We can then refine the details and the different decorations to your liking.

DO YOU HAVE OTHER DECORATIVE ITEMS FOR RENT?

We offer a wide variety of rental items for the exclusive use of our customers. Items include a variety of vases, candle holders, and tealight holders, bespoke arches, acrylic and metal stands, and vintage glass vessels, to name a few.

I WOULD LIKE SPECIFIC FLOWERS IN MY COMPOSITIONS. CAN I MAKE REQUESTS?

Absolutely, we welcome requests for your favorite flowers, although we cannot guarantee availability of specific flowers or colors due to seasonality. We reserve the right to substitute if necessary, taking into account your color palette and budget.

Installation decor

We deliver your accessories to the place of your preparations. We set up the decor for your ceremony, the flowers for the cocktail and then decorate the tables as soon as they are covered by the caterer. We come back at the end of your event to dismantle the decor, and recover our equipment (vases, structures, arch…).
